These Terms of Service govern access to and use of KZANT websites, hosting, domain, server, software, support, and related services. 1. Account eligibility and accuracy You must provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law. 2. Orders, billing, and renewals Prices, billing periods, taxes, setup fees, renewal terms, and service specifications are shown during ordering. Recurring services may renew automatically where enabled. You must maintain a valid payment method and pay invoices by their due dates. 3. Domains and third-party services Domain registrations, transfers, renewals, certificates, licenses, and other third-party products are also subject to the relevant registry, registrar, vendor, or provider rules. Availability is not guaranteed until the provider confirms completion. 4. Acceptable use You must not use the services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or disruptive activity. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. 5. Service changes and suspension We may maintain, modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate a service when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, abuse prevention, provider requirements, or protection of our systems and users. 6. Customer content and backups You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for its legality, accuracy, security, and backups unless a written service description expressly states otherwise. 7. Support Support scope, channels, and response targets depend on the purchased service. Response times are targets, not guaranteed resolution times, unless a signed agreement states otherwise. 8. Warranties and liability Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to applicable law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded and total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the period giving rise to the claim. 9. Changes We may update these Terms. Material changes will take effect on the stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. 10.
